Khloe Kardashian Reportedly on Crazy Crash Diet

It’s been a rough year for Khloe Kardashian. The kind of stress she’s been under she’s bound to have lost a little appetite and even lost some weight. The next time you see Khloe she’s going to look a little different and it’s not because of heartbreak from her divorce from Lamar Odom.

According to RadarOnline, reports have surfaced that Khloe is on a crazy crash diet and only consuming 400 calories a day. The report has indicated the Khloe is doing morning fasting and doesn’t eat a thing until about 2:00 pm everyday. This crazy crash diet has friends and family concerned for her health. A typical day for Kardashian looks like this:

“She only has a small piece of chicken or a can of tuna and steamed veggies for lunch, snacking on celery until dinner when she has a protein shake and more vegetables,” according to the report.

Interestingly enough, Khloe isn’t keeping her new diet a secret just like she didn’t keep her divorce and heartbreak a secret. However, we are unsure of the motives behind Khloe’s weight loss intentions. She’s always been the bigger of the sisters, but she was never overweight. Perhaps she’s motivated to look thin as she returns to the dating scene.

Dieticians to the stars have weighed in on Khloe’s new diet saying her health is at risk. According to the report, dietician Chloe Phillips has said that the human body will struggle with 800 calories a day. Khloe isn’t even getting half of that.
